The New Moon at 21 Capricorn is related to a solar eclipse which occurred January 15, 2010. This is the first New Moon in Capricorn since Saturn entered the sign of Scorpio. Saturn in Scorpio is under the domain rulership of Pluto and Pluto is in the sign of Capricorn which is under the domain of Saturn. This is called mutual reception. This allows for agreements in the deeper subjects of life where none has been able to be accomplished in the past. Matters pertaining to the heaviest topics in life and death are bound to be examined most closely over the next couple of years - until September 17, 2015 - to be exact. The harsh square between Mars and Saturn linger in this New Moon chart is marking this time period with new developments to old stubborn issues. The issues have a razor sharp edge with demands to take responsibility for life and death matters. From the view of Capricorn it is always the sign of the business of life, whether it is big business or the business of running a home and family or government. In this case there is support from Capricorn's ruling planet Saturn that connects to Pluto in its sign. Pluto is the lord of power over others, especially the power of their ability to obtain money. Venus and Juno cuddle up to the man with all the money who pulls the strings, again Pluto in Capricorn. This can bring those with the highest credentials to the foreground. This New Moon has a Moon Family that continues in mine months. New Moon Jan 11, 2013 at 21 Capricorn 45'.
